To streamline the process of registering participants for our training sessions using a Purchase Order (PO), we have provided instructions to complete registration.

Please follow the step-by-step instructions outlined below to ensure a smooth and efficient registration experience. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, our training is here to help. We look forward to welcoming your team to our upcoming training sessions!


Step 1:

Fill out the purchase order request form with all required information. Please be sure to include the total number of trainees and their names (if possible).

Step 2:

Upon receiving the inquiry, your client portal will be established and a DBT in Schools W9 form will be sent to the billing contact.

Step 3:

DBT in Schools will create and send an invoice to the billing contact which they may use to create a purchase order.

Step 4:

Please upload your purchase order to your client portal. Once the PO is uploaded, DBT in Schools will send a custom registration link for all participants. Registration is not complete until all participants are registered in Eventbrite using the custom link.
